Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Western Grace Collective, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Redo Return Coverage
If you purchase Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included. Eligible returns for an exchange or store credit can be shipped back at no additional return shipping cost.
If you choose not to purchase Redo, you may still return eligible items for store credit, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns, whether using Redo or not, must meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging when applicable
- Include proof of purchase or your order number
Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside another shipping box or mailer. Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the shoe box.
Returns received that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Pre-order items
- Accessories
- Intimates
- Leggings
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Holiday and seasonal merchandise
- Any item specifically marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
You must request return authorization before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Redo return coverage was purchased at checkout, or
- The return is due to an error on our part or a verified defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. Western Grace Collective is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Store Credit
We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for eligible returns.
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
If your return is approved, your digital store credit will typically be issued within 1–3 business daysafter inspection.
If your return does not meet the requirements of this policy, we will notify you by email.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or an incorrect item, please contact us at returns@shopwgc.com. If approved, we will provide instructions for an exchange or replacement.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Flat-rate U.S. shipping: $8.95
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150
- In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
